About Me
Hi, I’m Grace, and I’m passionate about supporting primary teachers to create safe, nurturing, and trauma-informed classrooms where every child can thrive.
With a Master of Education (First Class Honours) from Maynooth University, where I specialised in wellbeing in education, my work is grounded in current research and a deep understanding of how trauma impacts children's learning, behaviour, and relationships in school. My research focused on implementing trauma-informed practices in primary classrooms, turning theory into practical, meaningful strategies that make a difference.
Over the past few years, I’ve worked closely with teachers, delivering CPD sessions that are informative, supportive, and full of real-world approaches. Whether it’s simple daily routines, language that builds connection, or activities that support regulation and resilience, I focus on tools that teachers can use straight away.

I’m excited to now offer my new online course, specifically designed for primary teachers and approved by the Department of Education for EPV days. This course brings together key research, classroom strategies, and reflective practices to help you build a trauma-informed lens into your everyday teaching.
Let’s work together to support all children, especially those who need us the most.
